Streamlining Interaction Review Workflows with Custom Views & Smart Assignment

Streamline your interaction review workflow with customizable views, smart filtering, prioritization, and bulk assignment to help teams review interactions faster and more efficiently.

Updated over a week ago

Reviewing interactions doesn’t have to be time-consuming or rigid.
Sedric’s interaction review workflow helps you focus on the right interactions, prioritize what matters most, and review at scale - all while adapting to how your team works.

This release introduces a flexible, intuitive workflow that supports both individual reviewers and large teams, with powerful customization built in.

🎥 Watch the short video below for a guided walkthrough of the workflow.

Your starting point: the Interactions table

The Interactions table shows all interactions that were automatically evaluated and scored by Sedric AI and where potential issues, risks, or agent failures were detected.

These are the interactions most likely to require review - and where your attention has the highest impact.

The 'Flagged' view: built-in triage

Out of the box, the table suggests the 'Flagged' view, which automatically surfaces interactions that:

  • Have at least one failed scorecard criterion, based on the interaction’s context

  • Have not yet been reviewed

This gives you an immediate, ready-to-use starting point for triage, without any setup.

Custom views that match how your team works

Every team reviews interactions differently. The Flagged view can be fully customized using any filter available in the Interactions table, and any combination of those filters, so you can focus exactly on what matters most to you.

This includes, for example:

  • Scorecard criteria, such as compliance-related failures or specific performance gaps

  • Detections and trackers, where Sedric identified specific behaviors or events

  • Sedric AI contextual metadata, such as interaction type, RPC identification, payment-related outcomes, and more

  • Your own system data, including CRM or dialer metadata like Client ID, campaign, queue, or agent attributes

All filters can be combined together to create highly targeted views. You can also create and save multiple custom views, each designed for a different purpose — such as compliance monitoring, coaching, quality assurance, or conversion analysis.

A new Review Status column adds another layer of control, allowing you to easily filter between reviewed and not-reviewed interactions and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Prioritize reviews with smart sorting

Once your view is filtered, you can sort interactions to decide what to review first.
Common examples include:

  • Sorting by score to surface the lowest-scoring interactions

  • Sorting by duration to focus on longer or more complex calls

This helps reviewers spend time where it matters most.

Review yourself or assign at scale

Interactions can be reviewed directly from the table, or assigned to others if you manage a team.

You can:

  • Assign interactions one by one using the Assignee column

  • Assign multiple interactions in bulk for faster distribution

Bulk assignment is available to users with permission to assign interactions to reviewers who have access to the relevant units.

The 'To Review' view: focus for reviewers

Once an interaction is assigned, it automatically appears in the reviewer’s To Review view.

By default, this view shows:

  • Interactions assigned to the user

  • That have not yet been reviewed

Reviewers can further customize filters if needed, but the default setup is designed to keep them focused and efficient.

Completing a review

When reviewing an interaction, you can clearly see who it’s assigned to and review the full scorecard, criteria results, and detections.

Once the review is complete, clicking Mark as Reviewed finalizes the review and ensures it’s reflected across your organization.

The value in one workflow

With this new interaction review workflow, Sedric helps you:

  • Surface the right interactions automatically

  • Customize views to match your priorities

  • Prioritize reviews intelligently

  • Assign and track reviews across teams

  • Scale your review process without added complexity

Instead of reacting to long lists, you gain a focused, flexible workflow that turns interaction reviews into a consistent and high-impact process.
