The platform is designed to scan content from social media, messaging apps, and web sources, extracting insights at scale.

Each channel is supported with a customized scanning strategy to ensure high coverage, accuracy, and adherence to platform-specific constraints.

Websites

  • Based on Google Search Engine mechanism, Sedric retrieves up to 500 of the most popular URLs per domain, as ranked by Google.

  • These assets typically include high-visibility pages such as news articles, blog posts, product pages, and other indexed content where the company’s name or relevant keywords appear in the URL, titles, descriptions, or transcribed text.


YouTube

  • Full scanning of all publicly available videos on relevant channels.

  • Sedric extracts elements such as titles, descriptions, thumbnails, transcriptions, and comments to identify key mentions and compliance indicators.

  • No limits on historical data or traffic volume.


TikTok

  • Full coverage of videos from public profiles only.

  • The system analyzes metadata, captions, hashtags, and visual elements.

  • Private content is excluded; no time or volume restrictions apply.


Instagram

  • Scanning includes all posts and videos from public profiles, capturing descriptions, hashtags, images, and public comments.

  • Private accounts are excluded; historical coverage is unlimited.


Facebook

  • Content from public pages and groups is scanned up to 2 years back.

  • Content from private profiles and closed groups is not included, in alignment with Facebook’s platform policies and terms of service
