Transitioning next to the task board, you'll manage your actual work, tracking progress and delineating responsibilities. Terminology

Before delving into the operational nuances, let’s acquaint ourselves with some foundational terminology:

  • Property: A property denotes a top-level URL which encapsulates all underlying content. This could span root level websites (e.g., www.investing.com), YouTube channels, or Facebook groups and more.

  • Asset: An asset is a specific segment within a property. For instance, www.investing.com/now or a particular video on a YouTube channel constitutes an asset. Collectively, assets form a property.

  • Snapshots: Snapshots embody the historical representation of an asset at a particular date and time, captured during Sedric.ai scans. These snapshots, encapsulating the actual content, are analyzed and reported upon.

In essence, the hierarchy follows: Property > Asset > Snapshot.

  1. Operational Dashboard: Kickstart your monitoring journey with the operational dashboard. Here, you receive a succinct summary of your affiliates' status, with the capability to delve deeper into specific affiliates for a thorough understanding and prioritization. Clicking on the "Go to Tasks" button under each affiliate transports you to the task board to view auto-generated tasks for that affiliate. Explore more about the operational dashboard here.

  2. Task Board: Within the task board, manage and review tasks pertaining to your affiliates, their properties, and assets. Tasks materialize automatically based on customer-defined rules, identifying prohibited content or missing mandatory statements. These tasks are intricately linked to snapshots, highlighting specific violations therein. Clicking on the "Go to Snapshot" button will navigate you to the properties view for snapshot analysis.   3. Properties View: The properties view is your gateway to search, review, and evaluate assets and snapshots. Displaying a high-level snapshot summary, the content within, and an auto-filled evaluation form based on customer-defined rules, this view is instrumental for reviewing compliance.
