Introduction

Our operational dashboard is designed to simplify the complex task of managing marketing compliance for your partner network. By offering both a high-level overview and in-depth details on each partner along with prioritization tools, you can centralize your activities, maintain organization, and proactively ensure compliance across your affiliation efforts.

High-Level Overview

The main operational dashboard provides a snapshot of your partner network, offering key metrics at a glance. Here's what you can expect to find:

  • Partners: This figure represents the total number of partners within your network.

  • Waiting for Review: These are partners whose marketing materials are in the queue for evaluation.

  • Compliant Partners: The number of partners currently in compliance with marketing regulations.

  • Non-Compliant Partners: This figure indicates how many partners are currently not meeting compliance standards.

  • Terminated Partners: Partners who have been terminated due to repeated violations or non-compliance are tracked in this category.

  • Properties: This figure represents the total number of properties within your network.

Deep-Dive Section

Within the deep-dive section of the operational dashboard, you gain access to a wealth of information about each individual partner, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of their status and actions required:

  • Partner Status: Discover whether a partner is active or inactive.

  • Last Review Date: Understand when a partner's marketing materials were last reviewed. This helps in ensuring that timely reviews are conducted.

  • Violation Count: Keep track of the number of violations associated with each partner. A higher violation count might indicate a need for more attention.

  • Compliance Status: Users can manually update this section to reflect the current state of the partner, with options such as "Compliant," "Non-Compliant," "Pending Review," or "Terminated."

  • Assignee: Here, you can clearly see which team member is responsible for reviewing and managing the partner. This ensures accountability and clarity regarding who is handling each partner's compliance issues.

Actionable Steps

At the end of each line representing a partner, you have access to three different actions that facilitate swift and efficient management:

  1. Properties Dashboard: By selecting this option, you can navigate directly to the partner's dedicated properties dashboard, gaining deeper insights into their marketing materials and performance.

  2. Tasks Dashboard: Head to the Tasks dashboard, where you'll find a filtered view of all violations specific to this partner. This focused view simplifies the process of addressing and resolving compliance issues.
