Introduction

Our Task Board is a powerful tool designed to help you efficiently manage and monitor compliance-related tasks within your partner network. In this article, we'll delve into the essential features of the Task Board and explain how tasks are defined, created, and managed.

The Task Board utilizes a Kanban view, allowing you to easily visualize the status of your tasks. This view categorizes tasks into columns, such as "Detected Infringements," "Reviewed," and "Resolve," making it straightforward to track their progress.

Defining Tasks

Tasks are automatically generated when violations are detected during the scanning of assets. These tasks serve as actionable items that require your attention to ensure compliance within your partner network.

Filtering Options

You have multiple filter options at your disposal. Go ahead and click on the "Filters" button.

The main filtering options are:

  • View All Open Tasks: You have the option to see all of your open tasks at once. This provides an overview of pending compliance issues across your partner network.

  • Filter by Partner: Alternatively, you can filter tasks by a specific partner. This focused view helps you address compliance concerns on an individual basis.

  • Filter by Creation Date: With this option, you can sort tasks based on their creation date. This feature allows you to prioritize tasks by addressing the most recent or oldest ones first, ensuring efficient management and timely resolution of compliance issues.

Assigning Tasks

To streamline task management and maintain accountability, tasks can be assigned to individual team members. Assigning tasks ensures that all existing compliance-related tasks are reviewed and handled promptly. This collaborative approach enhances the efficiency of your compliance operations.
