Introduction

Tasks Board helps you keep all your tasks organized in one place. You can manage, track and oversee all your tasks at a glance. Using tasks increases efficiency, as you are able to prioritize your work and focus on the most critical tasks first.

In this walkthrough, we'll guide you through the Tasks Board, providing clear instructions on how to use and navigate this essential tool effectively.

  • Accessing Tasks Board

You can click on the notification or click the Tasks icon on the left navigation bar, to navigate to the Tasks Board.

  • Tasks Board Overview

A task board is a powerful visual tool designed to help you manage and track tasks or projects efficiently. It provides a clear overview of your work, dividing it into different stages represented by columns.

  • Selecting the Unit

If you're involved in multiple units, choose the specific one you're working on.

  • Columns

Your task board will show columns representing various stages of your workflow. Each column signifies a task's progress. These include "Not Started", "In Progress", "Done".

  • Tasks List

Tasks are listed according to the date and time created. You can change the sort setting by clicking on the Sort menu in the top right corner of the task board view.

You are also able to filter the tasks as well as show a list of All Tasks / Completed Tasks / Incomplete Tasks.

  • Task Cards

Tasks are arranged within columns according to their current progress. These cards contain essential information such as task names, created date, agent Id. You also have the option to Go to the interaction / Copy Interaction ID / Delete Task.

  • Moving Tasks

Change a task's status by dragging and dropping its card from one column to another. For instance, shift a task from "Not Started" to "In Progress" when you start working on it.

  • Task Notifications

When a task is created, either automatically by the system or one created by yourself, a notification will show on the header bar in the application. You can access the task by clicking on the notification.

  • Creating a New Task

A new task can be automatically created by setting a rule relating to certain criteria i.e. Risk Prediction Score. You can also create a new task from within the interaction view. You can read more about Creating a New Task in this article: ...

  • Task Details

Click on a task to see more details. This is where you can find further details, comments, and insights relating to the task, such as the Unit, Assignee, Tags, Trackers identified and shareable moments.

  • Editing Tasks

You can edit task details directly from the card. Adjust task names, descriptions, due dates, and assignees as needed.

  • Managing Tasks

To help manage your tasks, you are able to change the assignee, add collaborators, update the status as well as add comments or links as needed. Drag and Drop your tasks across the columns as their progress changes.

  • Completing Tasks

When a task is finished, move it to the "Completed" column or mark it as complete within the card.

What is a "task" in the app, and why would I use it?

What information should I include when creating a task?

Description about the task, add the assignee and collaborators, attachments if relevant, tags or any other relevant criteria, additional comments and links if necessary.

Is there a way to see all my tasks in one place?

Yes, you can click on the Task icon which will navigate you to the Tasks Board. Here you will be able to see all your tasks.

Can I assign tasks to my colleagues or team members?

Yes, you can assign tasks to colleagues or team members within the app.

What is the difference between Assignee and Collaborators?

The Assignee is the person who is primarily responsible for completing the task.

Collaborators are individuals who may not have the primary responsibility for the task but have a role to play or contribute in some way.

Are there different types of tasks, or is it just one standard task?

Yes, there are Interaction Review tasks, Coaching Tasks and more.
