Generating a Partner's Compliance Report: Streamline Infringement Resolution

Efficient compliance management across multiple partner properties is crucial for protecting your brand and ensuring regulatory adherence. Our Partner Report feature empowers you to provide partners with a detailed analysis of their assets, highlighting any infringements so they can take swift corrective action.


Step 1: Access the Reporting Feature

  • Navigate to your tasks board.

  • Click on the "Report" button to initiate the report generation process.

Step 2: Select the Partner

  • Choose the partner you wish to send the report to from the list provided.

Step 3: Include Relevant Tasks

  • Task Inclusion: All tasks (assets) under the "Pending Partner's Action" status are included by default.
    ​

  • Customize Your Report:

    • To include additional tasks, move them to the "Pending Partner's Action" status and create a new report.

    • To exclude tasks, move them from the "Pending Partner's Action" status to any other status and create a new report.

This flexibility allows you to tailor the report to address specific assets or issues.

Step 4: Preview the Report

  • Review the report to ensure all relevant information is included.

    The report will provide:

    Comprehensive Analysis

    • Channels and Properties: See all the platforms (websites, social media channels) and specific assets reviewed.

    • Rule Breach Breakdown: Understand exactly which compliance rules were violated.

    • Evidence Values: Review the specific findings detected by Sedric for each infringement.

    Detailed Feedback

    • Comments: Read insights and recommendations from the compliance officer.

    • Screenshots: Visual evidence to pinpoint exact issues.

    This detailed information helps partners understand and rectify infringements effectively.

Step 5: Share the Report

  • Download as PDF: Get a printable version of the report to share with your partner.

  • Create a Google Doc: Generate a shareable document to collaborate with your partner.
