Introduction

Welcome to the properties view user guide. This guide will walk you through the various components and functionalities of the properties View within the Sedric's platform. This view allows you to efficiently monitor your properties, providing valuable insights for better decision-making.

Walkthrough

General Information and Metadata

At the top of the properties view, you'll find a section dedicated to property information (such as property name, affiliate ID) and metadata, (such as URL, property Id, asset Id etc). Metadata can be streamed automatically from our customers operational databases, or added manually by you. This enriches the assets with additional contextual information, and allows you to include specific information that may not be available otherwise.

Comments

The comments section enables you to include any feedback or remarks about this property to be included in future reports.

Content View

In the right section of the pane, you'll encounter the Content View feature. This is a unified pane designed to display content from a variety of channels including websites, YouTube, Facebook, and more. Here, you will see the content of the snapshot that was captured, along with any detections found during the scan. This content is accessible through the dynamic evaluation form, which we will discuss next.

Evaluation Form

The evaluation form encapsulates various criteria specified by our customers. These criteria can be finely tuned to accommodate different regulations, channel types, geographical locations, and more. The form is auto-populated by Sedric.ai's AI system and maintains a dual synchronization with the content displayed in the Content View. The evaluation form can be instrumental in later stages, serving as a resource during audit report presentations to auditors or when sharing infringement reports with affiliates.

Actions Button

This actions button at the bottom right allows you to perform additional actions on a given snapshot.

Sharable Link

The Shareable Link function allows you to copy the link to any snapshot and easily share it with any other Sedric user from your organization.

Translation

you can read about the translation in this article.
