Tagging in translation

We offer the capability to tag trackers within the translated version of the snapshot. This enables the responsible monitoring agents to manually apply tags to snapshots conducted in a language they are not proficient in.

For tagging in translation, simply translate the snapshots, highlight the desired part of the sentence you wish to tag, and then select a tracker (similar to how you tag an untranslated snapshots).

FAQs

How does the service handle specialized terminology and industry jargon?

Our service is specifically engineered to handle specialized terminology and industry jargon. By integrating domain-specific glossaries, we accurately translate technical language into English while maintaining context and meaning.

What languages are supported for transcription and translation?

We support a wide range of languages. Some of the commonly supported languages include but are not limited to Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic, and many more.

If the translation button is enabled for the snapshots, then the language is supported by the service.

How long does it take to receive the translated transcription?

The turnaround time depends on the snapshots length. Short snapshots can be translated within a few seconds, while longer snapshots can be translated in several minutes. The translation process is executed asynchronously to allow you to continue using the system while your snapshots are being translated. A notification will be sent once the translation is ready. We balance speed and precision to provide optimal results. We also employ a caching mechanism to accelerate the translation process for snapshots that have been previously translated

How accurate are the translations, especially with technical language?

Our translation accuracy is a key focus. With advanced machine translation models, contextual understanding, and integration of industry-specific knowledge, we achieve accurate translations even for complex technical content. While some nuances may remain, we continually enhance our models for precision.

Can I tag trackers manually on the translation?

Yes, we provide you with the capability to tag trackers in the translated version of the snapshot. Additionally, utilizing our AI models, we will display the tags in the original language version of the snapshot.

Troubleshooting

I am receiving "This sentence seems to be incomplete and does not provide a meaningful premise for translation"

In this case, certain words might have been omitted, making it difficult for comprehension and therefore for translation. It's important for us to maintain the translation as accurate as possible. Whenever we attempt to translate a phrase that cannot be rendered coherently in English, we would rather convey that accurately instead of providing an unhelpful translation.

What should I do if the tagging fails with the message "Failed to tag ... please refine selection"?

In most cases, extending the tag by 1-2 words would resolve the issue, as sometimes our AI models require more context.

What should I do if the translation fails?

If a translation job fails, please attempt to translate the snapshot again. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our support team, and we will promptly assist you!
