Troubleshooting

What should I do if I am not familiar with the language in the transcription?

In such cases you can always click the “Translation” option located under the floating button.

What should I do if some of the transcription blobs are mixed with two speakers?

This issue typically arises when Sedric is provided with a low-quality audio file. To prevent such occurrences, please ensure that you provide the highest quality audio possible, including the highest sample rate and stereo format if feasible.

What should if the entire conversation appears in a single blob?

This issue typically arises when Sedric is provided with a low-quality audio file and for conversations that are mono rather than stereo. To prevent such occurrences, please ensure that you provide the highest quality audio possible, including the highest sample rate and stereo format if feasible.

What should I do if Sedric detected the wrong language?

If the wrong language is detected in a particular interaction, you can move this interaction to the right unit it belongs to, and we will re-process the interaction with the correct language. We use these feedbacks to improve the quality of our lang detection models.

What should I do if the diarization is wrong and the speakers are switched?

To correct this, kindly press the 'Switch Between Speakers' button. We utilize this data to enhance our models and prevent such occurrences in the future

To ensure resilience against such cases, you can supply Sedric with stereo files. In many instances, this eliminates the issue of speaker identification.

What if I find errors or discrepancies in the transcriptions?

We strive for accuracy, but errors can occasionally occur in AI systems, usually to poor audio file. We continuously work on improving the transcription models however they will not reach 100% accuracy.
