While interactions are typically uploaded to Sedric through API integrations, there are situations where manual uploading becomes essential. In such scenarios, the Uploader feature becomes invaluable.

On the left navigation bar, click the uploader item to navigate to it:

The Uploader is useful when you have a small volume of interactions to upload manually, or if API integration isn't feasible for your specific use case.

Currently only calls are supported.
