The Sedric.ai Archive serves as a unified repository for all of your interactions, encompassing calls, chats, emails, SMS, and more. This centralized location facilitates the organization and management of all your operations, providing you with various filter criteria to streamline the process of sorting and analyzing your interactions.

Walkthrough

  1. In order to open the search window click on the funnel button

  2. Next you will have open the search window. You can filter and search according to multiple criteria.

    The most notable search criteria would be:

    • "Units" - segmentation of your operation into multiple distinct segments.

    • "Trackers" - Events that occurred in the conversation.

    • "Channel" - The channel of the conversation (e.g. email, voice call)

  3. Next you can sort you results according to various criteria in ascending or descending order.

  4. In addition, you have the ability to enhance your interaction monitoring efficiency by taking specific actions. By clicking the 'Actions' button you can merge duplicate interactions or combine different ones that share the same data, such as email threads or related calls. The ultimate aim is to consolidate all the relevant information into a single scorecard, simplifying and improving the efficiency of your call monitoring process.


FAQ's

How can I search for an interaction using my unique internal identifier (e.g. Dialer Call ID)?

You can filter according to "external interaction id". This identifier is linked to your own interaction provider (dialer, sms provider etc.)

How do I transfer interactions between units?

In order to move an interaction between units do the following:

  1. click on the actions button on the archive menu.

  2. select the units which you would like to transfer.

  3. Click on the "change interaction unit" button at the bottom menu.
