What is the Risk Score?
The Risk Score is a powerful feature designed to help you quickly identify and prioritize the most critical tasks. By analyzing AI-generated detections and rule violations, the Risk Score provides a clear percentage that shows you which tasks require immediate attention, allowing you to manage your workload more effectively.
How Does the Risk Score Work?
The Risk Score is based on three key factors:
Rule Priority: You set the priority for each rule according to what matters most to your business. Higher-priority rules have a greater impact on the final score, ensuring that the most important issues are flagged first.
Number of Detections: The score takes into account how many times a rule has been violated. More detections under a rule indicate a higher risk, contributing to a higher overall score.
Detection Accuracy: The AI evaluates the likelihood that each detected violation is accurate. The more likely a detection is correct, the more it influences the Risk Score, helping you focus on tasks with the highest potential impact.
The Calculation Process.
When is the Risk Score Updated?
The Risk Score is automatically recalculated every time a new snapshot of a task is created or when an existing task receives an updated snapshot with new rule violations. This ensures that you always have the most current risk assessment based on AI detections, keeping you informed and ready to act on the most pressing tasks.
Why is the Risk Score Important?
The Risk Score provides a simple, effective way to prioritize your workload, ensuring that you focus on tasks that pose the greatest risk or require immediate action. By relying on AI-driven insights, you can manage your time more efficiently and address critical issues promptly, ultimately enhancing your overall productivity and business outcomes.
Tasks Board: AI-Predicted Risk Score Column
On the Tasks Board, you’ll notice a new column labeled AI Predicted Risk Score. This column displays a percentage (1-100%) that represents the risk score for each task based on its latest snapshot.
What Does It Mean?
Risk Score (1-100%): This percentage indicates the level of risk associated with each task. A higher score means a higher priority task that may need immediate attention, while a lower score suggests that the task is less critical.
Latest Snapshot: The risk score shown here is always based on the most recent snapshot of the task, ensuring that you are working with the latest data.
How to Use It:
Sort tasks based on their risk scores to quickly identify which tasks need your attention first.
Use the risk score to balance your workload by focusing on high-priority tasks with higher risk scores.
Task's Drawer: Detailed Breakdown
When you click on a task, the Task’s Drawer will open, giving you a more detailed view of the task’s status, including rule detections and priority settings.
What’s Inside:
Rules Detected: This section shows all the rules that have been triggered by AI in the latest snapshot of the task. Each rule is listed along with the number of times it was detected.
Priority Provided by Customers: Here, you’ll see the priority level that you’ve assigned to each rule. This priority influences the risk score calculation, making sure that the most critical rules have a bigger impact.
Detections Breakdown: This section is split into two parts:
AI Detections: Displays the number of times each rule was detected by the AI, contributing to the risk score.
Manual Detections: Shows the number of detections identified manually. While these detections are critical for a complete evaluation of a task, note that they do not affect the AI-predicted risk score. The score is based solely on AI detections, giving you a clear view of which tasks to prioritize first.
How to Use It:
Review the rules detected and their associated priorities to understand why a task has a particular risk score.
Analyze AI detections and add manual detections if necessary to ensure that all aspects of the task are thoroughly evaluated.
