Creating a New Asset

When you are ready to analyze a new marketing asset, you will need to create a new entry. You can add a new asset at any time by clicking the “Create New Asset” button. Clicking this button opens a form where you can provide all the necessary details for your marketing asset to be analyzed.

Providing Asset Details

Once you click “Create New Asset,” you will be directed to a form where you must fill in several key pieces of information. Each field is crucial to ensure a thorough and accurate compliance analysis.

1. Asset Name:

Enter a name for your asset in the “Asset Name” field. This should be a unique, descriptive name that allows you and your team to easily identify the asset in your records. For example, if you are analyzing a flyer promoting a new credit card, a good asset name might be “Credit Card Promo Flyer - Fall 2024.”

2. Policy:

Next, choose the appropriate policy from the “Policy” dropdown. The selected policy dictates the specific compliance criteria applied during the analysis.

3. File Upload:

Upload the marketing asset you wish to analyze by dragging and dropping your file into the designated area or by clicking to browse your files. You can upload:

• Pdf, Docx, jpeg, jpg, ppt, pptx, mp4.

• The file size must not exceed 50 MB.


Once your file is uploaded and meets these criteria, hit submit to initiate the analysis!
