Reports Generator
The Reports Generator allows you to quickly create and share customized reports based on your activity in the system. These reports help streamline compliance workflows, improve visibility, and support internal and external reporting needs.
Step 1: Select Report Template
Start by selecting a report template from the dropdown list.
Each template is designed to support a specific use case—for example, tracking audit activity, summarizing asset statuses, or capturing policy-related insights.
Once selected, you’ll see a preview table showing sample data that will be included in your report, for example:
Asset ID
File Name
Version
Timestamp
User
Action performed
Step 2: Configure Your Report
Use the configuration panel to tailor your report to your needs:
Time Range – Select a specific date range to filter the data included in the report.
Additional filters (depending on the report type) may be available to further refine the content.
This ensures your report captures only the most relevant information for your review or distribution.
Step 3: Review & Send
After configuring your report:
Review the data displayed to confirm accuracy and completeness.
Add recipient email addresses to send the report directly from the system.
You can add multiple recipients and edit/remove them as needed.
Once ready, click Send to generate and distribute the report.
