Introduction

The Communication Channel Reports are designed to offer a range of reports, spanning from high-level summaries to comprehensive insights, all geared toward evaluating the efficiency of compliance and quality control coverage within the operations.

Types of Reports

  1. Audit reports:

    This report aligns with the audit regulation's requirements, facilitating auditors in their evaluation of the company's compliance. It furnishes essential data, including unit, total number of interaction, risk score, number of reviewed interactions, number of reviewed interactions in high risk, etc. This report offers flexible filtering options, allowing you to narrow down results by unit, agent, a combination of both, or even for the entire organization as a whole.

  2. Detailed interactions report:

    This report offers in-depth insights into each interaction streaming to Sedric, enabling managers to evaluate the efficiency of compliance and quality control measures within their units. It provides a wealth of information, including interaction ID, unit, language, agent name, client name, reviewer name, interaction score, interaction risk prediction, and more.

  3. Detailed interactions report performance included:

    This report offers in-depth insights into each interaction streaming to Sedric, enabling managers to evaluate the efficiency of compliance and quality control measures within their units. It provides a wealth of information, including interaction ID, unit, language, agent name, client name, reviewer name, interaction score, interaction risk prediction, and more. Additionally, it includes the scores assigned to each tracker as part of the interaction’s evaluation.

  4. Aggregated interactions report

    This report offers a high-level overview that helps managers learn about their compliance and quality control coverage efficiency, per unit. It includes essential information like unit, total number of interactions, total number of interactions reviewed and More.

  5. Agent performance report:

    This report provides for each agent, the average score of each tracker over a specific period of time, so stakeholders can gain insights into agents performance, pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, and make data-driven decisions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

  6. Unit performance report:

    This report provides for each unit, the average score of each tracker a specific period of time, enabling stakeholders to obtain a comprehensive understanding of unit performance, identify areas of strength and weakness, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize overall efficiency and effectiveness.
