Assets List

Find, filter and organize everything waiting for review, and save the views you use every day

The Assets List is where you land when you log in, and where most of your day starts. It holds everything Sedric has analyzed for you — marketing assets in Marketing Compliance, interactions in Communication Compliance — in one table you can search, filter, sort and save.

This article covers both products. The tools are the same in each; only the columns and filters differ, because the content does.

What the list is for

Rather than working through everything in order, use the list to answer a specific question and act on the answer:

  • What is waiting for my review right now?

  • What failed, and against which policy?

  • What came in this week, and from whom?

  • What is assigned to me, or to someone on my team?

Every column can be filtered and sorted, so any of those becomes a list you can work through — and then save, so you never rebuild it.

Narrowing the list

Four tools, working together. Whatever you set stays applied until you change it or select Reset.

  • Search — find an item by name.

  • Filters — the row above the table. Select a filter, choose your values, and the table updates. Add as many as you need with + Filter; each one narrows the result further. Remove a single filter with the × next to it.

  • Sort — click any column header. Click again to reverse the order.

  • Columns — select Columns to show or hide fields, so the table holds what matters to you and nothing else.

Filters in Marketing Compliance

Filter your assets by Status, Date, Policy and Compliance reviewer, among others.

Filters in Communication Compliance

Filter your interactions by Unit, Agent, Date, Prospect ID, Interaction IDs and Assignee, among others.

Saving a view

If you set up the same filters every morning, save them instead.

  1. Apply the filters, sorting and columns you want.

  2. Select + Add view at the top of the list.

  3. Give the view a name that says what it holds — To review, Flagged this week, My team.

Saved views appear as tabs across the top of the list, next to All. Select one and the list rebuilds instantly, filters and all.

Reading the columns

Each row is one item. The columns tell you what it is and where it stands, so you can triage without opening anything.

Marketing Compliance

Column

What it tells you

Channel

Where the asset is published or intended to be published.

Asset name

The name of the asset. Click it to open.

Status

Where the asset stands in your review workflow.

Creation date / Modification date

When the asset entered Sedric, and when it was last changed.

Uploaded by

Who brought the asset in.

Number of violations

How many issues the analysis found — your fastest signal for what needs attention first.

Communication Compliance

Column

What it tells you

Channel

How the interaction happened, such as a call.

Agent

Who handled the interaction.

Unit

The team or group the interaction belongs to.

Interaction ID

The identifier, useful for matching against your own systems.

Date

When the interaction took place.

Score

The interaction score from the analysis.

Failed Criteria

What failed, named directly in the row. Where more than one failed, a counter shows how many others.

Duration

How long the interaction lasted.

You may not see every column by default — use Columns to bring in the ones your team relies on.

Acting from the list

  • Open an item — click any row. The content opens on the left with the analysis panel on the right.

  • Select several at once — use the checkboxes at the left of each row, or the checkbox in the header to select everything currently listed.

  • Act on a single row — the menu at the end of each row holds the actions available for that item.

  • Add an asset (Marketing Compliance) — select Add asset at the top right to bring content in for review.

  • Export — select Export to take the current list, filters and all, out as a file.

At the bottom of the list you'll see how many items you're looking at out of the total, so you always know how much your filters have narrowed things down.
