Open any item from your list and you land in the asset view. This is where the actual reviewing happens: the content on the left, everything Sedric found about it on the right, and the actions that move it forward along the top.
The layout is the same whether you're reviewing a marketing asset or a recorded interaction, so once you know one you know both.
The three parts of the screen
The header — the item's name, its status, and the action that moves it forward. Use the back arrow at the left to return to your list.
The content — the asset or interaction itself, with tools for moving through it.
The analysis panel — tabs holding the results, the context, the discussion and the item's details.
Working with the content
The content is always in view while you read the results, so you never have to hold both in your head at once.
Marketing assets
Your asset opens on a canvas, exactly as it appears to your audience. Along the bottom you'll find the tools to work with it:
Zoom — the minus and plus controls, with the current zoom level between them.
Search — find specific wording inside the asset.
Display options — change what's shown on top of the asset while you review.
Assets with several pages scroll continuously, so you can move through the whole thing without leaving the screen.
Interactions
Your interaction opens as a transcript, with each turn of the conversation attributed to the speaker and stamped with the time it happened.
The audio player along the bottom lets you play and pause, skip back or forward ten seconds, change the playback speed, adjust the volume and download the recording. The transcript and the audio stay in step, so you can read and listen at the same time.
Above the transcript you'll also see the interaction score and key details such as the agent, the date, and who the interaction is assigned to.
How evidence links to the content
This is the part that saves the most time. When the analysis refers to something specific, it doesn't just describe it — it points at it.
Numbered markers appear directly on the content, next to the wording, moment or element a finding refers to. The same numbers appear in the analysis panel. So when a rule fails, you can go straight to the exact place that caused it instead of hunting through the asset or scrubbing through a recording.
The analysis panel
The panel on the right is organized into tabs. Each has its own article, so here's what each one is for:
Tab | What it's for |
Review (marketing assets) | The results: every rule, whether it passed or failed, and the findings behind each one. This is where you confirm or correct what Sedric found. |
Context | What Sedric understood about the content — the attributes that decide which rules apply to it. |
Comments | The discussion on this item. Tag a colleague and they'll get an email. The number beside the tab is the comment count. |
Details | The item's properties and its history. |
Depending on the product you're using, you may see one or two additional tabs.
Versions
Content often changes during review — a claim is reworded, a disclaimer is added. Rather than losing the earlier state, each version is kept.
The version selector beside the item's name shows which version you're looking at.
Open it to switch to an earlier version and see how the asset looked, and what the analysis said about it at the time.
Add a new version when updated content is ready to be analyzed again.
Each version keeps its own analysis, so you can show exactly what changed between one review and the next.
Finishing the item
When you're done, use the action at the top right to move the item forward — approving a marketing asset, or marking an interaction as reviewed. The status beside it always shows where the item currently stands.
Everything you did along the way — every result you changed, every comment, every status move — is recorded automatically in the item's history.
